The uncomfortness in the stomach could be due to dehydration. Consumption of water is very important in our body. According to Ayurveda more watery food should be taken if one is suffering with dehydration, like 80% should be fruits and vegetables and 20% should be cereals and pulses.
Best seasonal fruits/vegetable containing high water content are; Melon, Water melon, papaya, mango, pomegranate, pineapple, bel, cucumber, mint, Lemon etc.
Water Rich Food 1 Coconut
According to Ayurveda, Coconut is a good acid pacifier. In Ayurveda acid is termed as “Pitta”. In Indian culture Coconut is used as sacred offerings to God and is also used as medicine and food.
