Everything wants recognition. Your loyal customer base is the proof of your good brand image. With your good brand image and recognition, you are the unopposed winner, more or less little bit of competition is not a big deal for you. You feel yourself capable to compete in the global economy and your brand image will be your competitive edge.
Branding, on the other hand, is a mutual connection of company with its customers, not only with customers but to employees also. A strong brand is a mother of business values.
A sense of satisfaction is generated while working with a good brand because you know that you are valuable to your company.
Authority always comes along with responsibility, as it is not easy to carry the brand success and goodwill so long you have to consistently keep on working with that without fear and without being lethargic.
