OMG 2 released its trailer on July 11 2023. The teaser is narrated by none other than Pankaj Tripathi which already made the audience excited as he has become the most wanted actors in Indian Cinema.
It’s almost 12 years since the OMG released and now the sequel’s trailer has already become a hit. The teaser is 1 minute 34 seconds long which also gives a recap of the first OMG.
The teaser opens up with Akshay Kumar’s character Jai. The audience has already said that Akshay’s look is a bit inspired by Lord Shiva as he took a whole new avatar by having dreadlocks.
Jai is sued by a godman for blasphemy. He is a lawyer who is known for his indiscriminate thoughts in society and is willing to win the case but the case is not easy at all.
The godman in the film is a powerful figure and has the back of religious communities. The film also starrer Yami Gautam in the character of Priya, a journalist who is investigating the case. She is a strong woman who is not afraid of anyone and always willing to find the truth.
OMG 2 will be released on August 11 2023. As Ameesha Patel and Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2 is already lined up for release, it will be a great clash between these two movies.
OMG 2 is truly inspired by the character of Lord Shiva as Shrawan is going on, this character of Akshay Kumar will definitely attract the audience to watch it plus OMG being already a blockbuster hit which stars Paresh Rawal and Akshay Kumar as the narrator which also makes the viewers excited about the release.
Whereas Gadar being the iconic film because of its unique Indo-Pak love story and forever music also created a hustle among the audience about the Part-2. It also makes the audience think which one they should watch first as both will be releasing on the same day.
