In an interview, actress Swara Bhaskar mentioned about Shah Rukh Khan vanity van. She told the media that the vanity was very big. Its bathroom size was similar to a 1BHK apartment. The van is a Volvo BR9 modified by Dilip Chabaria (DC)- the designer of Taarzan: The wonder car. DC told the media that it took 40-60 days to modify the vanity according to SRK’s demands. He told in an interview that SRK likes “All things futuristic, but at the same time also wants to keep things clean and classy.” He added, “It was a challenge for us to marry functionality with the aesthetics of the whole bus and give him an exclusive product with super functionality.”
The ambient lighting of the vanity is inspired from the movie Tron. It also has an apple TV, multiple 4K displays and a high-end music system. Shah Rukh Khan vanity van spreads over the area of 280 square feet and has a bathroom, a bedroom, a meeting room and finally a make-up room. The amazing fact about the van is that it has the capacity to expand its area up to 80 square feet using hydraulic system therefore accounting for a total area of 360 square feet.
It will be relevant to say that SRK loves to travel in luxury. What makes Shah Rukh Khan vanity van a highly defined luxury is its glass flooring and wooden roof which is no less than a five-star hotel designing.
