If the composition restrains hydrogenated oils or palm oils, then it has unhealthy trans fats which one should avoid. Some peanut butter variations state that they are fat-free, but have added sugar in it. Then also it is not good as it is added to make it tastier, which is unnecessary. Because it is good and tasty within itself there is no requirement of any additional sugar in it.
