Your first meal of the day should be heavy and satisfying in terms of calories. After long overnight hours, your breakfast is the fuel for running your body the entire day and therefore, skipping on your morning meal is a big no-no!

A good breakfast should account for almost 30% of your total calorie intake in a day and should be consumed within 2 hours of waking. People tend to think that giving their breakfast a miss, is going to help them lose extra kgs but on the contrary, it may lead to weight gain!

If you are skipping on your breakfast, then there is a possibility of high sugar level and accumulation of fatty acids in your body.
