Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal after taking charge for his new third term last month will be meeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi this morning (03.03.2020) for the first time.

The meeting is scheduled around 11 am which will be held at the parliament. This is commencing nearly after a week of violence in northeast Delhi. Though it is assumed to be with respect to controversial citizenship law, but it was more than this issue, this issue was just the face of the violence but it was totally a terror attack by the anti social elements or miscreants, who wants to damage the nation’s image and also take the nation towards failure and cannot see the success of nation, especially the oppositions and their followers.

Oppositions are the leaders of the riots and followers without using their brain blindly follow them to create terror in the nation. The straight away evidence can be seen in the recent violence in Delhi where a severe damage of living and non living things took place. About 47 people were killed and injured more than 250.

Arvind Kejriwal to Meet PM Modi

Before this meet, last week, Mr Kejriwal had met Union Home Minister Amit Shah with respect to various clashes, and “Amit Shah assured all necessary help”. He mentioned that in their meeting, they had decided that they must rise above politics.

The Delhi violence took place during the visit of US President Donald Trump and his family on a two-day visit (24th and 25th , February 2020),  to India.

The Delhi Police, which is under the central government has taken a quick and tight measures and got success in arresting over 1,200 people. In all, a total of 369 cases have been filed, 44 of which are under the Arms Act.

Though, Mr Kejriwal, had invited PM Modi for his oath ceremony of CM, last month but he could not attend due to his parliamentary constituency Varanasi to inaugurate various projects. But PM Modi had congratulated the AAP chief on Twitter.

PM Modi had written: “I congratulate Shri @ArvindKejriwal on taking oath as Delhi’s CM earlier today. Best wishes to him for a fruitful tenure.

The Delhi Chief Minister too replied with a swift response and said: “Thank you for the warm wishes sir. I wish you could come today, but I understand you were busy. We must now work together towards making Delhi a city of pride for all Indians.”

This was the second Twitter exchange between PM Modi and Mr Kejriwal after his AAP won 62 of the 70 Delhi seats and PM had put out a congratulatory note. Mr Kejriwal had also replied by saying he was looking forward to work with the centre for the development of the national capital.
