Bharatiya Janata Party has decided to embrace a public campaign to make people aware of the new Citizenship Amendment Act. We are already aware that the massive protest of the Citizenship Amendment Act across the country is going on, some are in favor of it and some are protesting against it.BJP campaign led by Union Home Minister Amit Shah will start from January 5 and continue till January 15.

A broad vision has been planned by the BJP government, they had set the target to reach around three crore families in the awareness campaign. RSS is likely to join BJP in this awareness campaign. The government is further expecting to get the support of nearly one crore people in favor of the Citizenship Amendment Act

To accomplish their target, BJP has formed different public relations groups to connect with people belonging to a different section of people including Buddhists, Dalits, and Minorities.

BJP’s top official’s party president Amit Shah, executive president JP Nadda along with the other 50 leaders will conduct these big events in several cities to promote the campaign.

The party is also taking into consideration to hold a big rally at the end of the entire public awareness campaign.

Earlier, several videos were also uploaded in BJP’s official Twitter handle which explained the Citizenship Amendment Act and said that the Muslims should stop worrying as the new act and will not affect them in any way. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has also launched a massive public awareness campaign on social media and through its cadres to reach out to the Muslim community and drive out their doubts on the issue of CAA.

The BJP’s clarification has been required after a few misinformed and misguided anti-CAA protests by the opposition parties because of their vote bank politics broke out across the country, a few of which also transformed into arson and violence. Recently the CAA and NRC have become sensitive issues among the Muslim community.  For this, a massive awareness is required which will be done by BJP.
