3. Changing of guards at Rashtrapati Bhavan:

The changing guards’ ceremony takes place on every Saturday at the Rashtrapati Bhavan at New Delhi and at Wagah on the border between India and Pakistan. It includes the change of the two guards in ceremonial regalia, where one consists of a troop OF the president’s bodyguard and the other from the Indian Army regiment Parade. It has an equestrian display and the foot drill, supported by the military band that lasts for about 30 minutes. The timings are 8:00 during the summers and 10:00 during the winters.

4. Qawaali at Hazrat Nizamuddin:

Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah is the shrine of the Nizamuddin Auliya. The mesmerizing Qawaali sessions are at a go every night that also attracts a huge crowd. There are habitually two sessions, one at the dusk and the other around 9 pm, but in the winters, it counts down to only one i.e. after the dusk. It is followed by Maghrib, which is the evening prayer that can also be willfully and blissfully attended.

This place also holds around 20,000 exhibits of handicrafts from all over India. You can shop and dine at a reasonable price. The Crafts Museum is situated at Pragati Maidan on Bhairon Road. Its open daily, except for Mondays, timings 10 a.m. to 6 p.m with free entrance.However, the entry to the galleries costs up to Rs.150 for foreigners and Rs.10 for Indians.
