Two Indian Cricketers Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul have been now fine of Rs 20 lakh each in the fiasco of Koffee with Karan that had seen them being suspended from the playing the cricket for the national team for few months. The move comes after both the players had met Board of Control for Cricket in India ombudsman DK Jain, who also sanctioned the fines of Rs 1 Lakh each that will go towards the widows of the 10 constables in the paramilitary forces who have lost their lives at the time of duty with the help of a Bharat ke Veer application while the Rs 10 lakh each from the players fund will go to the fund created for the Cricket Association of Blind promotion.

Moreover, Jain has also given the players a proper deadline of around 1 month to pay the fines. A failure to do so would grant the BCCI permission to deduct the amount of fees from the player’s match itself.

The Supreme Court of Justice has also suggested that the players had also missed out on earning of around Rs 30 lakh after being sent back home from Australia. The same has also been seen into the consideration but still yet the fine has been handed as the cricketers in the country are the role models and have to behave in a proper acceptable manner.

The BCCI CEO, DK Jain has also revealed that none of the payers contested the actions which are initiated against them and were apologetic of their conduct. It is as of now more unnecessary to evaluate whether their remark on the chat show was just an act of the indiscipline of the misconduct of code as per the Rules and Regulations of 41 ( c ) of the guidelines and terms.

Both the Rahul and Pandya were handed with the provisional’s suspensions by the COA(Committee of Administrators) for their sexist remarks on the show before the ban was also lifted and the ombudsman was also handed by the responsibility to even decide on the final punishments and to conclude the matter.

Both the players have also become subjects of the nationwide criticism for their talk and comments of them being barred from the ongoing Indian Premier League(IPL), and the ICC World Cup was also gaining lots of traction. Both the players can continue to play IPL 12 season without any issue, and their participation in the ICC World Cup 2019 is also clear now.

The duo players have also spoken publicly on this incident, recalling as one of the toughest phases of their careers respectively.
