It is finally decided the release date of Karan Johar’s film Brahmastra and the film will hit the silver screens on December 4 this year 2020. This film is starred by Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles. Brahmastra has been directed by Ayan Mukerji.

Karan johar after sharing a picture of the star Amitabh bachchan had written on Twitter, that it is final now! Brahmastra will be released on 4th December, 2020 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada! #Brahmastra.”

Alia Bhatt too, had taken on Instagram and announced the final release date of Brahmastra. She had shared a hilarious video and had written, “Soooooo.. this just happened! Brahmastra 04.12.2020.. promise.”

The video is very funny begins with Ranbir Kapoor, where he was trying to ask Ayan Mukerji about the film’s release date and Alia was holding the camera. In the midst of the conversation, Ayan is saying to Ranbir “Tell your girlfriend yar stop recording. She always keeps recording something.” Backing her beau, Alia then said “But, Ayan he is kinda right.” The mockery continued until the filmmaker announced the date as December 4, 2020.
For the first time in Bramastra Alia has been paired opposite her beau Ranbir. Alia is playing the role of Isha and Ranbir will be seen coming in the role of Shiva.
Brahmastra is the first part of the science fiction trilogy and will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages simultaneously.

The film is also starring Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna, Dimple Kapadia and was scheduled to release in December 2019 initially. The release then got shifted to summer 2020. But, now the final release date has been locked, fans are bound to get excited.
Once it was confirmed that the film’s release date will not change this time, Amitabh Bachchan then wrote on Twitter, “T 3429 BRAHMASTRA.. coming to cinemas on 4/12/20 & Ayan is NOT allowed to change it now! #Brahmastra #RanbirKapoor.”
