Bala Film Doing Stupendous Good at Box Office

Ayushmann Khurrana is becoming a very popular actor these days. He was appreciated in his debut in Bollywood with Vicky Donor; again he has proved himself as a strong determination actor, due to his recent performances wonders have been created at the box office. Ayushmann’s recent release, Bala has managed to cast in the form of moolah at the box office, it is entirely the romantic drama which had crossed the 100-crore-mark within three weeks of its release. Despite being played at very limited screens, Bala is recording respectable numbers at the box office. Here are the details about Bala’s box office collections. Ayushmann Khurrana-Yami Gautam-Bhumi Pednekar’s latest film Bala retained its control over cash registers on Sunday. The film is likely to make Rs 100 crore in the coming week. According to early estimates, the box office collection of Bala remained similar to its Saturday earnings. As per initial reports, Bala had made Rs 6.73 crore on Saturday and Rs 7 crore on Sunday.

Bala is facing strong competition from Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh starrer Marjaavaan, which is also doing rather well despite negative reviews. However, Marjaavaan’s box office collection is not likely to impact Bala’s box office collection.

This film Bala is Directed by Amar Kaushik, its opening day collection stood at Rs 10.15 crore. While the film saw a rush in the following days owing to Gurpurab, the earnings dipped quickly after. Over the past weekend, the film gained momentum once again.

Ayushmann Khurrana is the one who is enjoying his dream run at the box office. Bala which had received overwhelmingly positive reviews is the seventh successive hit by Ayushmann Khurrana. It is also his biggest opener. Khurrana’s movies are known to start slow and become box office blockbusters with its strong and steady grip at the cash counters.

Khurrana revealed that he has a great hunger to perform in the best films. This madness drives him, motivates him to seek out good &new and the part to act as an actor. People say that he learns a lot through his successes and he had always preferred back edgy stories because somehow his brand of cinema is always found in a little left of center.

Along with the lead actors Ayushmann Khurrana, Bhumi Pednekar, and Yami Gautam, Bala also stars Saurabh Shukla, Jaaved Jaaferi, Abhishek Banerjee and Sunita Rajwar in key roles.

The movie has become Ayushmann’s second Rs 100 crore hit in a row, his last release Dream Girl is also his all-time highest grosser. In its third week, Bala collected Rs 11.08 crore, higher than Marjaavaan, which was in its second week. The Yami Gautam starrer collected Rs 90 lakh on its day 21, taking its lifetime total to Rs 109.88. The movie will go past Rs 110 crore mark today and is expected to end its lifetime run in Rs 115 crore range.
