Recently, a video of Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth reciting Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic dialogue from Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge – “Bade bade deshon mein aisi chhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hai (Small things like this happen in big countries)” went viral on social media. This video clip was shared on Instagram by a photographer, has acquired more than one lakh views.

In this Hindi video of Chris, which was taken to Bangkok, on the sets of Netflix film Extraction, it was seen that his Indian co-star Rudhraksh Jaiswal was teaching him the famous dialogue of DDLJ in Hindi. After saying the dialogue, fluently! Chris could not stop self by saying Wow! He could speak better than his Spanish.”

Chris Hemsworth will be playing Thor character in the Marvel Cinematic Universe film, ever since the character’s first solo film in 2011; he has been called as Thor. He will soon be seen in “Love and Thunder” in the character of Thor, which will be releasing in November 2021.

In the Extraction film, which is directed by Sam Hargrave, Chris has played a mercenary who is hired to save the kidnapped son of an international crime lord. In this film he has travelled to Dhaka, Bangladesh for the mission and tries to develop an unexpected bond with the boy.

Rudhraksh said in an interview with Mid-Day, that he was delighted to be sharing screen space with the Hollywood star. It is like for him to, dream come true. He said Chris sir is very humble, sweet and down-to-earth. He ever calls me the little legend.

Rudhraksh also said that if, talking about their first day on the set, “On the first day of the shoot, when his make-up was in process, at that time, Chris Sir, came up to me and said, ‘Mate, what’s up?’ I impulsively called him Thor. He gave me a big hug upon hearing that.” Anyways, Extraction film can be seen on Netflix from April 24, 2020.
