Mouni Roy has been making headlines ever since she stepped into the Bollywood industry. She has already proved herself as a promising actress in the industry with critically acclaimed movies like Gold and Romeo Akbar Walter. She has quite a number of movies in her kitty yet to release and posters of her upcoming movie Bole Chudiyan are recently revealed.
Bole Chudiyan is Nawazuddin’s brother Shamas Nawab Siddiqui directorial romantic drama with Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mouni Roy in the lead roles. The movie is scheduled to be released early next. Recently director Shamas has revealed the first look of the leading pair through his social media handle.
In the monochrome poster, Nawazuddin Siddiqui can be seen leaning against a wall wearing a pullover paired with formal slacks. His stubble and a mustache are adding up to the intense look of his character. Nawazuddin has been prepping up for his character for a long time and as per his track record is known; he will drop another mind-blowing performance with this film.
In another poster of the upcoming movie, Mouni Roy is flaunting her large silver earpiece paired with heavy makeup and a shimmering top. She can be seen beautifully carrying her elegance with a subtle worry on her face.
Earlier, Mouni Roy expressed her excitement and nervousness to work with immensely talented Nawazuddin Siddiqui. On the other hand, Nawazuddin took his Twitter handle to express his gratitude towards working with Mouni Roy.
In an interview, Mouni Roy revealed about her character in Bole Chudiyan and said that she would be portraying a fiery girl who loves to dance and drives tractors. She also mentioned that her character is different from her earlier projects and resonates with typical Hindi film heroine.
So far, their fans have well received the first look of the movie and are eagerly waiting for a teaser or trailer to release. The movie will be produced by Rajiv and Kiran Bhatia under the production banner of Woodpecker Movies.
On the work front, Mouni Roy has recently completed shooting for her another movie, Made in China, opposite Rajkummar Rao in the male lead. She will also be seen playing the antagonist in Karan Johar’s superhero venture Brahmastra scheduled to release next year. On the other hand, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will soon be seen as Ganesh Gaitonde in the upcoming second season of immensely popular web-series, Sacred Games.
