Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji’s action film Mardaani 2 has filled a hit at the Box Office in the first week of its release. The latest collection data shows that this film of Rani has raked in more amount than her previous films Hichki and Mardaani.
Mardaani starring Rani in the lead touched upon the subject of human trafficking. The offense crime story released back in 2014 and its consequence, ‘Mardaani 2’ released on December 16.
Film ‘Mardaani 2’ is directed by Gopi Puthran and produced by Aditya Chopra’s Yash Raj.
Rani was last seen in ‘Hichki’ in which she played the role of a school teacher suffering from Tourette Syndrome. The film received critical applause and was appreciated by the audience as well.
