Prabhas starrer Saaho

Akshaya Kumar fans created chaos when his film Sooryavanshi’s release date was changed by Rohit Shetty due to its clash with Salman Khan’s ‘Insha Allah’. A similar coincidence happened with PrabhasSaaho.

Prabhas and ShraddhaKapoor starrer Saaho have caught the eyes of fans. The teaser and the song ‘Psycho Saiyaan’ of the movie have already been launched but the release date of the movie has been changed. The fans will have to wait for 15 more days as the release date of the movie has been extended from 15th to 30th August. Officially announcing the change of release date, the makers of one of the year’s biggest and multi-paradigm film Saaho claimed that they want to present their best film to their audience. Adding on, the casting team,  to build better action scenes, said that it needs more time.

The spokesman postulated that though they are unable to release the movie on Independence Day, with Saaho, they still want to stay connected to the month of liberty and patriotism and thus to release this crucial film on the colossal measure, they will be releasing it within August. The major roles, other than Prabhas and ShraddhaKapoor, are grabbed by Neil NitinMukesh, Arun Vijay, Jackie Shoff, ChunkeyPandey, MandiraBedi, and AdityaSrivastava.

But the stereotype raising among fans is that the release date has been postponed due to the fact that 3 superhitmovies:Prabhas’ Saaho itself, Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal and John Abraham’ Batla House. The massive clash could have coasted a huge amount to the movie and Prabhas did not want to compromise with the earnings of the film as the film has been under making for 2 years with a budget of 300 crores INR. Even a small deflation could lead to a huge loss to the makers.

Is Prabhas scared to face Akshay Kumar?

Since the launch of the trailer ofMission Mangal, the gossip of shifting the release date of Saaho has been on fire. When compared with the teaser of Saaho, the comparatively superb trailer of Akshay Kumar is still trending number 1 on Twitter. Due to the reduction of Saaho’s buzz, it was finally forced to push its release date. Pulling out patriotically themed films would pull out the whole emotion that the country will be riding on Independence Day, the speculations to postpone themulti-crore action flick by 2 weeks in order to avoid clash was a good idea. Also the kind of editing and action sequence they are planning, probably the post-production will take that long. Now MisionMangal will collide with Batla House on the 15th of August. Let’s see which movie wins hearts!!!.

The film was not only going to clash with Bollywood but also with Sharwanand starrer Ranarangam in Tollywood. Keeping in mind that it is a big-budget film, a solo release to Saaho is strategically a good decision as it will get a larger window for itself and allow a big number of people to watch it.
