Directed by Sujeeth, Saaho, the film gets its new poster featuring a romantic relationship between its lead actors Shraddha Kapoor and Prabhas. The team will not compromise on the content and quality of the picture and has therefore postponed its release. Earlier the movie was supposed to be released on independence day but now it will release 2 weeks later on 30th August. The producers claimed, “we want to bring the best to the audience” and need some more time to bring some finesse to its action sequences.
Saaho is made with the prodigious budget of 300 crores, the UV Creations cast team includes Neil Nitin Mukesh, Lal, Murli Sharma, Chunkey Pandey, Arun Vijay, Vennela Kishore, Evelyn Sharma, and Mandira Bedi. The spy thriller’s makers claim to have spent100 crores on its climax where the Bahubali star will be seen facing 100 international fighters. Including a large part of budget spend on action scenes, the shooting took place in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Austria, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Romania, and other parts of Europe. The teasers and reports indicate an action-packed ending.
While the teaser of the film Saaho was released with Bahubali2: The Conclusion on 27th April 2017, its first poster was released on Prabha’s birthday in the same year. Fans’ comparison of the poster with Blade Runner 2049created controversies. On the following birthday of Prabhas next year, the makers released the film featurette while the second featurette was released on his co-star Shraddha Kapoor’s birthday.
The film Saaho will be released in multiple languages, as is indicated by its teaser, in Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, and Tamil. With the release of the new poster on 23rd July, the lead actors look into each other’s eyes filled with love making them look like a perfect couple. The poster seems to be a still from one of the two romantic songs choreographed by Vaibhav Merchant. One of the two songs was shot at “top of Tyrol” mountain at Stubaier Glacier along with other destinations like the alpine city of Austria, Innsbruck, house of music, Finstertal, Innsbruck tram, and Adlers Hotel.
Opposite to its previous posters filled with larger than life action scenes where Prabhas was seen in a black leather jacket, matching trousers, a pair of aviators, and intense expression on his face; riding a bike with turmoil around him and Shraddha was seen holding a gun and dressed as a cop, the current poster shows only chemistry between the two. Prabhas and Shraddha’s romance has already won hearts via their dance on romantic songs, the poster added fuel to the fire. With a sizzling romantic exchange between the two, Saaho has already created a buzz in the South.
With Tanishk Bagchi’s lyrics, the soundtrack was provided to Ghibran. Prabhas wrote “ we are coming to get you on August 30, 2019! Be ready!” while with her first debut in South Film Industry, Shraddha Kapoor wrote “Buckle up! We’re coming to you on 30th August.”
