Adding another flick to his cop universe, director Rohit Shetty brings up multi starrer Sooryavanshi with a blend of Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, and Ranveer Singh. Sooryavanshi trailer suggests that Akshay Kumar will be seen in the lead role in the film. Bringing all his cop hero’s together on screen, the movie is expected to hit the screens hard. Working with his partner’s, actor Akshay Kumar said that he felt like a picnic.
Before the release of the Sooryavanshi trailer, Akshay Kumar told Mid Day that he did not feel like he was shooting. He said “It didn’t feel like we were shooting, but merely having a picnic. Rohit was our partner in crime. Also, Ajay and I go back a long way.”
Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn have partners in crime in film Khakee (2004). Recalling the past, Ajay said “It felt like Akshay and I took off from where we left. It was nostalgic. We respect each other, and have [been witness to] one another’s a journey because we started our careers only a year apart. With Ranveer joining us, it was a house on fire.”
Adding further he said “The three of us are secure actors who have no qualms in working together. Singham and Simmba have become desi cop superheroes. I am sure Sooryavanshi will be a hit too. It’s a great idea to get three of us together [for an entire film]. The script is being developed; it will happen,”
Celebrating one year of release of Simmba, Rohit Shetty recently shared a video featuring all the three actors from Sooryavanshi trailer with the caption
At the end of the video, a flash of Sooryavanshi trailer came with all the three cops firing guns.
