Today, even women are heavily juggling with their lives in order to sustain for survival!

They now have become an essential part of a mad rat race, “chasing-aimless” phenomena! And hence, are consumed by their working atmosphere, its work, its stress, its projects etc.

In the meantime, they hardly find any slot, to cut out from their tightly packed schedule and pamper themselves physically or mentally, to improve their health in those tiresome, hectic situations!

To lend them a helping hand, I have brought in a few tips to make them maintain their health and fitness, despite being a buzybee! These are the health tips for women in the bloom of life:

Drink lots of water:

Well undoubtedly, it has a lot of benefits like it improves the digestion, it makes us hydrated, it improves the texture of the skin- making it glow, helps in increasing concentration, aids cramps, works as a fat-cutter too!

Drinking water can give both the healthy skin as well as healthy body!

Intake of lots of vitamins:

Intake of Vitamins is essential for a healthy body and a peaceful mind! According to the research analysis, it is proven that we fail to get these essential nutrients i.e. calcium, potassium, fiber, magnesium, vitamin A, C, D and E. These must either be taken through diet or artificially through tablets, if not! But they must be intaken!

Twenty minutes workout!

It is recommended by the doctors, that twenty minutes workout daily is enough for you to be fit! You can workout at home, doing these in your free slots, Crunches, planks, squats, chair planks, bent-over-rows, pushups, lunges etc. These are enough to set you off! Besides, exercising daily makes you fit and even helps in boosting your sex life, mood, and tolerance!

Rest is necessary:

Resting one’s mind and body is very essential so as to be active on the next day and to prevent any other health issues, due to lack of sleeping!At least 7-8 hours of sleep is essential for a healthy human body!

Intake of green tea:

Green tea has various antioxidants, which makes it very beneficial for one’s health. The consumption of green tea has many benefits those are listed as under:

It helps in improving the physical performance and is also used as a fat cutter of the body.

It is used to improve the brain functions and make you smarter.

It lowers the risks of many types of cancers, other old age diseases like Alzheimer and Parkinson and also types II Diabetes.

It also helps in reducing the risk of cardiovascular activities! And much more.

Though it has many disadvantages also, but again! Everything has its pros and cons!

Regular medical checkups:

With the growing age of women, it becomes very essential to have a regular checkup of the body to keep a check on various diseases like blood pressure, arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer, cardio vascular attack etc.

Post menopause:

The menopause is another phase of a woman, where she undergoes many physical and mental changes in the body! The body becomes weaker than before and has to be taken a good care. The women must intake nutrients rich food, vitamins, minerals etc!
