8-ACCUSTOMED-THOUGHTS–HURDLE-FOR-SUCCESS

SUCCESS is a big meaningful word laying a small name. Every person in the world dreams of being successful in life and thus, works for the same. During their struggle many keep tumbling away, way away from it due to their persistent adamant attitude towards the various situations in life.

By surpassing these tits-bits bloopers, you are certain to reach the pinnacle!

MENTAL FILTER:

We tend to pick out the negative remarks by the others faster than the positive ones. Applauds by the entire team would not make you much happy than the sadness due to the criticism by one of your employees.

ALL OR NOTHING TAGGING:

During the declaration of the result, if you have not performed well in one sector but excellent in the others, thus, receiving a scolding from your boss for that one bad remark, sets you off and hence, you tag yourself as “ I CAN DO NOTHING MAN!!”.

OVERGENERALISING:

Just because you couldn’t grab the opportunity once or twice doesn’t indicate your failure. But yet you keep humming “MY LUCK HAS ALWAYS BEEN A SHIT HOLE!”

ELIMINATING THE POSITIVE:

Life is a wheel of positivities and negativities, all wound with it. When you encounter something negative you tend to eliminate the positives that you have encountered. This, leads to pulling down your morale further and makes you a fool.

EMOTIONAL REASONING:

When you are always emotionally negative about the situations thus, demoralizing yourself by saying “I AM REALLY SCARED, I WILL NOT IS ABLE TO DO IT”. Saying such things will definitely encrypt this unnecessary discouragement in your mind and then you will not be able to give out your best for sure.

HOPPING TO CONCLUSIONS:

This is the problem with the people who do not talk on the basis of facts. They are negatively inclined towards supporting their arguments and concluding their baseless perceptions that leads to nothing like “I AM SURELY GOING TO GET COLD FEETED”.

EMBRACING THE BLAME:

This happens when you constantly blame yourself for the situations that are not in your control or blame the others for your perceived guilt-free approach like blaming yourself for the sudden rainfall or your driver for the sudden bump on the road while driving.

STRESSING ON THE “SHOULDS”:

This is an important aspect that pulls you down the drain i.e. “I SHOULD HAVE DONW IT MYSELF”, “YOU SHOULD DO IT YOURSELF” etc. This attitude is never healthy.

These habits only end up throwing you down into the gutter rather than pushing you upwards. These conceptions must be away from the mind in order to reach your desired destination.
