The Union Minister has warned that the thunderstorm is probable to strike in 13 states and declared storm alert for the two days on Sunday.
According to the reports, nature will portray its wrath as the thunderstorm in the form of gale and torrent will swirl over the regions of Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh and it will be allied by blustery winds in the outlying regions of Uttrakhand and Punjab on Monday.
A home ministry official, citing an Indian Meteorological Department advisory revealed that Heavy rains are going to strike the places of Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura on Monday. In contrast to the plummeting of the thunderstorm over the regions of Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and western Uttar Pradesh.
Abiding by the cautioning of the meteorological department, Haryana will observe the schools shut down on May 7 and May 8. Its revenue and disaster management department has also outsourced avuncular to give out the safety and precautionary measures in case of befalling of the bad weather circumstances.
A government prolocutor has also revealed that all the organizational departments have been warned to be pschyed-up with their emergency kits and other mandatory components for the security and endurance.
Sandstorm and thunderstorm are also likely to strike the Western Rajasthan, according to a reporting official.
The dust storms, thunderstorms and, lightning has known to already take almost 124 lives, leaving over 300 injured in the five threatened states in the last week.
