The supreme aka iconic blue color WagonR is reported to be missing on Thursday Afternoon, which belonged to the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal. The car was said to be parked near gate number 3, of the Delhi Secretariat.

The owner, Kejriwal stopped using the vehicle after switching to his second term as a CM and hence, the car was used by the AAP media convener and MLA Vandana Kumari.

A complaint has been lodged under the IPC section 379.

The driver had gone into the Secretariat with Kumari at around 11:30 am and when upon returning at around 2:30 pm, found the car missing.

DCP (central) Mandeep Singh Radhawa said that specialized units are trying to locate the car. According to the CCTV footage, a man is seen getting inside the car at around 1:04 pm, who got away with it.

They have prioritized its search because of its access to the Vidhan Sabha and the VIP areas. Footage of all the roads leading to Rajghat is being scanned to identify and locate the culprit.

The car was gifted to him by Kundan Sharma, a party supporter and was often dubbed the “AAP Mobile”. It became iconic after Kejriwal used it as a makeshift office while camping near Rail Bhawan to protest in 2014.

The car was used to do away with the VVIP culture. To showcase this, it was even used by him during the 2013 elections.

Sharma also demanded the car back in the year 2015, after the expulsion of Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Sharma from the party.
