A new crime unfolds where a woman has been taken into custody in the charge for the murder of her own husband. This gruesome incident took place in Andhra Pradesh’s Vizianagaram district on Tuesday, following which she arraigned three anonymous men for killing her 30-years-old husband, Yamaka Gowrishankar, during a robbery. The police have however spilled the beans by revealing that she had hired three unemployed B-tech graduates for the crime and blissfully reimbursed them with her holy wedding ring.
On Monday, the accused woman, Y Saraswati (22), has been claimed to lodge a complaint at Garugubilli police station of Parvathipuram sub-division against the three unidentified men who killed her husband who is an electrical engineer and robbed her of her bridal jewelry at around 8 pm at ITDA park in Thotapalli. Following the complaint, the police immediately initiated their hunt and spotted the accused at Vizianagaram district.
Trailing the precursory legwork, it was discovered that, Saraswati in subversion with her lover Maddu Shiva, an unemployed graduate hailing from Vizag, have plotted the plan to kill the innocent, Gowrishankar. They hired Saripalli Rama Krishna, a community hooligan who is already charged with two murder cases and two other idle Btech graduates, Merugu Gopi and Gurrala Bangaruraju for carrying out the heinous crime.
Vizianagaram SP G P Raju, revealed that the incident took place when on Monday Gowrishankar and Saraswati were returning back from the motorcycle servicing showroom in Parvatipuram, tracking them were the three signed-up killers who nabbed the innocent and killed him when Saraswati asked him to halt on some alleged reason.
It is also revealed that the hired were already remunerated by Rs.8000/- in advance by Saraswati via an online payment mode, following Shiva shelling out another Rs.10,000/- in cash to the assaulters.
SP Raju revealed that they hit the victim with an iron rod at the back of his head, which followed his immediate death on the spot and later when the three accused were apprehended along with the autorickshaw, they were brought to the police station, where they blurted out the horrifying truth.
