Xiaomi, Chinese smartphone is all set to launch next-generation flagship smartphone today. The Xiaomi Mi 10 will launch via “pure online broadcast” mode, the company stated in its official Weibo account.
Ahead of the launch, Xiaomi revealed a lot about the display on the new phone as well as its charging prowess. According to the leaks, the Mi 10 display will come with a 90Hz refresh rate and the company will also increase the touch sampling rate to 180Hz.

The Mi 10 launch has been scheduled for today, 13 February, 2020 via “online-only broadcast”, maybe due to the coronavirus fears in China. The relay will begin at 2 pm CST Asia (11:30am IST) through the official Xiaomi account on Weibo.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 is rumoured to come in three variants, the 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage is expected to be priced at CNY 4,200 (approximately ₹43,000), the 8GB RAM with 256GB internal storage may carry a price tag of CNY 4,500 (approximately ₹46,000) and the most high-end model with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage is rumoured to be priced at CNY 4,900 (approximately ₹50,200).

Though some of the features information has been leaked and speculated for Xiaomi Mi 10 but the facts will come forward once it is released into the market.
The Mi 10 is expected to feature a 64MP camera and may be powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 865 SoC chipset that will support 5G connectivity. Rumours are also there that the phone may feature a quad rear camera setup which will include a 108MP rear sensor.
The successor of Xiaomi Mi 9 model, the smartphone is teased to come with a 90Hz refresh rate and the company will also increase the touch sampling rate to 180Hz. With this combination one will ensure a smooth user experience without any input lag. The device featuring an AMOLED screen and the maximum brightness of the screen has also been hit up to 1120 nits.
The charging capacity of the Mi 10 will get 50W fast charging, which is the fastest which is available in any smartphone. It is great to know that even wireless charging speed is also impressive at 30W. The phone has also the facility of reverse charging other smartphones at 10W. The Mi 10 will hold a 4500mAh battery which will be charged completely within 45 minutes with the 50W charger.
