When it comes to seat occupancy, Bengaluru reached on top with 80 percent occupancy. In Mumbai and Delhi, however, the seat occupancy was 70 to 75 percent. So, there is no doubt that audiences have open-heartedly welcomed Jagan Shakti’s multi-starrer Mission Mangal.

Story: It is the story of some scientists who are caught in a monotonous and routine life at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO). It starts with Akshay Kumar as Rakesh Dhawan, taking the entire blame when the Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle Mark III (GSLV Mk-III) fails. The Mars department assigns them for a new project without any hope. Neither the organization nor these scientists had faith in their intelligence. The film’s end as the group members not only discover themselves, and the organization, but succeeds in first India’s first interplanetary mission.

♫ Music

The music of Mission Mangal has been composed by y Amit Trivedi and TanishkBagchi while Amitabh Bhattacharya has written the lyrics of the album released under Zee Music Company.

When it comes to acting, I would say, that everyone has given their best, and it is visible on the screen. Akshay Kumar has very well performed his role of the crazy scientist who fries puris in front of senior ISRO scientists to convince then. Vidya Balan has again nailed it, but we did not find something new in her character and has many similarities with Sulu, she played in Tumhari Sulu.

Overall Mission Mangal Movie Review

On 15 August, we saw that Akshay Kumar with this gang impressed everyone, and the movie is getting positive views to form everyone. But, it is not free of flaws. There are some people whose questions remained unanswered. For example, the movie is a semi-biographical account of the ISRO mission, but we do not see them talking in scientific language or anything of that sort. On the other hand, the scientists are seen frying “puris”. It is as if the Akshay Kumar’s seniors had no knowledge, and he had to use such tricks. Another question people are asking is about the role of ladies.

On watching it practically, we would find that the ladies were smarter and took the mission forward, but it is their leader who gets the limelight for being generous enough to share the credit with them.

Whatever it is, the movie is fun to watch, and in the Mission Mangal Movie Review, I would recommend it for the story, hard work, and execution which is visible in every scene of the movie
