There is no other American teen sensation that can better suit James Bond themes than Billie Eilish. This is a remarkable progress as Billie herself wasn’t old enough when the last James Bond film hit the theaters in 2015. She released the much anticipated theme song of James Bond upcoming movie after bagging the Grammy Awards and Oscar night performance. The song presides the latest James Bond theme from the upcoming movie of the same title.
The song goes like : “Fool me once, fool me twice/ How you dare the paradise/ Now you’ll never see me cry/ There’s just no time to die, Fool me once, fool me twice/ You’ll never see me cry, there’s just no time to die”. The song has been written in collaboration with Eilish’s brother Finneas as Eilish wrote and recorded most of her albums with him like “When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?” in the bedroom of their house in Los Angeles. The other albums released with Finneas like Everything I Wanted and Bad Guy, when the party’s over, ranked number 1 albums of 2019.
Eilish’s first release after winning several prizes at Grammy Awards 2020, that too for James Bond is a big surprise to her fans.
‘NO TIME TO DIE’ is the 25th title to James Bond film franchise of motion pictures. The official synopsis of the movie from MGM read “Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology”
The film is due to arrive in theaters in April with Daniel Craig in the role of a secret agent for the fifth time. It is not yet fully confirmed but there are talks that James Bond upcoming movie will star Daniel Craig in secret agent role for the final time.
As the title song of the film has been released in audio, fans are elated to watch Billie Perform the song live. Interscope said in a statement that the live performance will take place for the first time at the Brit Awards in London February 18.
