After enjoying his vacations in Switzerland, Actor Rajkummar Rao is gearing up his next flick named Ludo. Directed by the Anurag Basu, the first look from Rajkumar Rao’s new film was released in New year.
The first picture shows the actor dressed as a drag queen wearing a greenish lehenga paired with heavy jewelry. Also, the actor was all red with lipstick and bindi on his forehead. A long wig completes the look as part of its lock falls on his shoulders. The first looks of Rajkumar Rao’s new film created an immensely funny environment all around as the fans started reacting to the picture. A fan wrote: “I thought it is Alia” while another thought it was Kriti Sanon and wrote: “looking like @kritisanon in 1st one.” Many others could identify him correctly and complimented him on his look. One of the users said: “Best drag ever!!! Happy New year Rajkumar!
The second picture shows him in a complete retro look. Rajkummar can be seen sitting on a bike, with long hair and wearing white-rimmed sunglasses. Some Huge tassels also hang from handles of his bike.
Talking about his recent releases, 2019 did not bring any hit film for him, but the new year brings Rajkumar Rao’s new film to screens and this actor seems to do a bang at the box office. In the year 2019, Rajkummar Rao’s 3 films Ek Ladiki Ko Dekha Tho Esa Laga, Judicial Hai Kya and Made in China were released. But all the three failed to do wonders at the box office. Therefore, the audience doubts whether the actor will be able to gain back a reputable position in the industry or not. Rajkummar Rao’s new film is set to release on 25th April and though the actor falls in the category of the few actors in the industry who have always tried roles out of their comfort zone and most importantly have pulled them off quite convincingly too, the success of his new release is still questionable.
All you need to know about Ludo The film stars Abhishek Bachchan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Sanya Malhotra, and Fatima Sana Shaikh, and will jointly be produced by T-Series and Anurag Basu Productions. Although no further details about the movie have been revealed by its makers, an earlier report by IANS suggests that it’s kind of a slice-of-life action comedy, where four different stories intersect against the backdrop of an Indian metro. According to the agency, the shooting of Rajkumar Rao’s new film started in 2018 in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bhopal and it was because of its unique products that the movie took so long to complete.
