The Kapil Sharma Show has always been a great platform for the movie maker to promote their ventures while it is like another home to Salman Khan. The show has always been loyal to Salman Khan and he never misses an opportunity to be a part of it. Recently, Salman entered the show with gorgeous Katrina Kaif in order to promote his upcoming Eid release Bharat.
Katrina Kaif looked mesmerizing in an elegant flower patterned pink sari accessorized with a belt and earrings of white pearls; while Salman Khan rocked ripped denim jeans paired with a black t-shirt and a blue leather jacket.
The duo is promoting their upcoming movie Bharat, in which Salman is playing a larger than life titular character Bharat while Katrina will be seen playing Kumud in the movie. The movie is an official adaptation of the popular South Korean film Ode to My Father.
This is Salman Khan’s second appearance at the current season of The Kapil Sharma Show, while Katrina Kaif is visiting the sets for the first time. Looking at the pictures of former lovers, it appears that Katrina and Salman had a great time at the comedy show hosted by Kapil Sharma.
Apart from the promotion of the movie, Katrina Kaif shook a leg on one of her popular tracks while Salman Khan made everyone laugh with his witty sense of humor. Salman Khan also met the twins of comedian Krushna Abhishek and Kashmera Shah at the sets of The Kapil Sharma Show. He also clicked a picture with one of his fans.
There were also speculations of Sunil Grover turning up at The Kapil Sharma Show to promote Bharat after his ugly spat with Kapil Sharma last year. However, even after Salman’s request, he refused to appear at the show of his rival.
The shoot has been wrapped up and the episode will be aired on the television soon. It is speculated to bring high TRP for The Kapil Sharma Show owing to a huge fan following of Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.
Meanwhile, Salman and Katrina are busy promoting their movie at other events. The period drama written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, Bharat, is scheduled to hit the screens on the 5th of June on the occasion of Eid-al-Fitr. Along with Salman-Katrina Sunil Grover, Disha Patani, Tabu, and Jackie Shroff will also be seen in notable characters. Considered one of Salman’s biggest ventures, Bharat has high hopes at the box office and only time will tell its fate.
