Celebrations are lined up in Khan family as Salman Khan’s sister Arpita gives birth to a healthy baby girl. The birthday bash of Salman Khan was not yet over when the good news of the arrival of a new member came up when Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma welcomed their second child to the world.
Earlier reports also confirmed that Arpita’s delivery date coincided with Salman’s 54th birthday. She was snapped at the Khan’s residence on Salman’s birthday and was admitted to the hospital late night on the same day for delivery. Though Salman Khan has followed the tradition of celebrating his birthday by throwing a party at his farmhouse in Panvel, this time he chose to celebrate it close to home as his sister was expecting the second child on the same date and he wanted to stay close to her.
The Khan and Sharma family released an official statement expressing their happiness over the coming of the baby. They said “With great joy and immense pleasure, we announce that we have been blessed with a baby girl. On this joyous occasion, we would like to thank our family, friends and all our well-wishers for their unconditional support. We also extended a humble thank you to our media friends and to our fans for their constant love and support. This journey couldn’t have been complete without you all. Lots of Love, Aayush, Arpita & Ahil/Khan & Sharma Family”.
Apart from sharing her birthday with her maternal uncle, the baby girl receives a beautiful name –Ayat Sharma. The couple took to social media to thank their fans and announce the name of their baby. The caption read: “We’ve been blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Thank you so much for all the love and blessings for Ayat Sharma”. After tying a knot with Arpita Khan in 2014 at Hyderabad’s Taj Falaknuma Palace and welcoming their first child Ahil in 2016, proud father Aayush Sharma shared a card which read: “Arpita and Aayush. Our little princess has arrived. Ayat Sharma. Born on 27th December. Thank you for all your love and blessings. Khans and Sharmas”.
